Some examples of hard foods to avoid include:
- Hard taco shells
- French bread crust/rolls
- Corn on the cob
- Apples and carrots (unless they are cut into small pieces)

- Uncooked carrots (unless cut)
It’s best to minimize sugary foods like:

- Drinks with sugar
